This notice covers the Understanding My Child interest form. The Parenting Room™, developed and facilitated by Charlene Clarke, is responsible for the course contact details submitted here.
What we collect and why
We collect your name and email, plus your phone number and morning, afternoon or evening availability if you choose to provide them. We record your consent, the notice version and submission date. We use these details to contact you about this course, forthcoming dates and arrangements — not for unrelated marketing.
The form does not ask for children’s names, health details, safeguarding histories or sensitive family information. Please do not include them. A temporary security question helps prevent automated submissions.
Consent and your choices
Our basis for course-related contact is your consent. The checkbox starts unchecked. You can withdraw your consent, ask to see or correct your details, or request deletion at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before your request.
Storage and access
Contact details are stored in Lovable Cloud. They are not published or readable by website visitors. Access is restricted to authorised project administrators through their signed-in editor. Lovable Cloud processes the data to provide secure storage. Submitting this form does not automatically enrol you in Zoom.
Keeping and removing your details
Your details are used for course-related follow-up and should be removed when no longer needed for that purpose, or when you withdraw consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
